Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn is no more.
His works provided a window into what possibly went behind the Russian iron curtain. His works provided an inspiration on what indeed was possible. It indeed was a life !
But i think, today, i will pay tribute to a soul who stirred many others into action. And help break through & break down an impregnable wall. An iron curtain !
They make very few of such people these days !!
“…the human soul longs for things higher, warmer, and purer than those offered by today’s mass living habits . . . by TV stupor and by intolerable music.”
How true !
Thanks for educating me Kavi. I had no clue about him.
